Tensorflow MNIST 설치 오류_proxy server 설정 (ssl.SSLError)

• 다음과 같이 ssl과 같은 문제로 MNIST 설치가 안되는 문제가 발생할 수 있다.
• proxy server 설정이 안되는 문제이다.
